Last week I got to visit my friend Stacy in Portland and she gave me the idea of cutting out bats. She had cut some out and glued them to some twigs she had painted black.
Instead of cutting them out one by one I designed 4 different bats in Illustrator and cut them out on my silhouette. Bent their wings back to make them 3 dimensional and lined them up on the mantle. Super spooky!!!
Love them! I need to use my silhouette more. You'll have to teach me how to really use it when I'm back home.
